Charter Day 2025: Honoring our history, investing in 水果派AV鈥檚 future

May 19, 2025

marks the moment in 1922 when 水果派AV officially became a college. Each year, the community celebrates that milestone by coming together to support students and honor a legacy built on creativity, curiosity, and care.

On May 22, alumni, families, faculty, staff, and friends will join in to invest in 水果派AV鈥檚 future. Thanks to a generous group of lead Charter Day challengers, every gift to the 水果派AV Fund will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $200,000, doubling the impact for scholarships, research, internships and more.

鈥淐harter Day isn鈥檛 just about giving 鈥 it鈥檚 about rallying together to show our pride and make an impact,鈥 President Marc C. Conner said.

When our community unites in support of students, we demonstrate that Creative Thought Matters 鈥 now more than ever.鈥

supports the people and programs that make a 水果派AV education possible. Donors may designate gifts to the areas that matter most to them, from financial aid, faculty and academic programs, and inclusive initiatives to athletics, sustainability, and the arts.

鈥淚 hope you鈥檒l remember back and think of all the things that 水果派AV has done for you,鈥 said Robert Resnick '88, president of 水果派AV鈥檚 Alumni Association and a member of its Board of Trustees.

Whatever your experience, whatever what your memories are of 水果派AV, there鈥檚 something that enabled you to be who you are today, and I hope you鈥檒l join in giving back on this special occasion鈥

Already made a gift this year? You can still participate and help unlock challenge funds. Want to do more? Create a personal challenge or matching gift to inspire others. Donning 水果派AV green and yellow, sharing the campaign, and encouraging classmates to give are great ways to show your pride.

Join us May 22 to celebrate and give back to our 水果派AV.
